Pack Your Goggles
Securely place the FORM Smart Swim Goggles, charging cable, and carrying case in the original packaging to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
